Since 1974 Fortuna Stampi has been an injection mold maker and tool and die manufacturer supporting companies in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial molds, with a complete service that combines technical expertise, advanced technology and full in-house control of the production process.

Based in Castelgomberto, in the heart of the Vicenza manufacturing district in northern Italy, we build plastic injection molds, zamak die casting molds, machining for hot stamping dies for sheet metal, and precision CNC machined components.

Every project is engineered to optimize quality, production time and industrial costs.

1. Technical analysis of the project

We start from the 3D file supplied by the customer and assess the technical and manufacturing feasibility of the part.

2. Product industrialization

We optimize the design to improve performance, production time and industrial costs

3. Mold design and construction

We manage 99% of production activities in-house.

4. Technical treatments

We carry out heat treatments, surface treatments and specific coatings.

5. Mold trials

We run mold trials in-house on presses from 85 to 150 tons and work with qualified partners for higher tonnages.

6. Long-term support

We keep supporting the customer after delivery with maintenance and overhaul services.

Choosing Fortuna Stampi means relying on a technical partner that manages every stage of the project in-house, guaranteeing quality, precision and constant support from the first meeting to final delivery. For over 50 years we have offered experience, fast response times, operational flexibility and a direct relationship with the customer, backed by advanced production technology.

Our production department is equipped with 5-axis and 3+1-axis CNC milling machines, wire and sinker EDM systems, CNC and conventional lathes and precision grinding machines. Design is developed with CATIA 5, while injection molding process simulation is carried out with SIMULIA Plastic Injection Engineering by Dassault Systèmes. CAD/CAM programming is handled with the Tebis software, to deliver reliable, efficient, high-quality solutions.
